Life as a Canvas for Art

Enemies Project

I am a contemporary artist,  activist and former scientist. I make work to look at what it means to be human in a complex world. I believe that life is a canvas for art, and that actions are the purest form of art. My work has taken me from isolated wilderness to international conflict zones where I worked on projects meant to blur the line between art and life. My work is often based in photography and video and presented in a variety of media ranging from large-scale audio-visual projections to interactive projection installations.
